Vivian's dad got this shirt in 1999, thought it was lost during a 2004 move, and found it in 2010 just when Vivian was the perfect size for it! If it isn't clear, the English part of the text reads: "Compose one's mind. If you have nothing to fear, you can make a friend of a bear. Danger Hokkaido but compose one's mind."
